Paco is a lawyer by training, made a career in international banking and then made a mid-life career change to focus on human rights and refugees. He is currently working with Caminos de Agua, an NGO based in San Miguel de Allende in Mexico. Its work is to implement and develop water solutions for communities with contaminated water. Paco hopes his experience will show how a basic understanding of issues water can help us understand the reality of climate change and prepare us for the exponential number of environmental refugees that will result as people are displaced throughout the world.
