Jessica Farber : Chief Everything Officer

Jessica is a passionate advocate for migrant rights, global health equity, and social & environmental justice. As the Chief Everything Officer at TEDxMontrealWomen, Jessica liaises between the speakers and volunteers, and identifies and fills in the gaps wherever she can! Professionally, Jessica is a Program Manager at the Samuel Centre for Social Connectedness (SCSC), where she directs research, outreach and advocacy related to forced migration. In her role at SCSC, Jessica also developed and runs a volunteer program to bring together newly arrived asylum seekers and Montreal residents of all ages and backgrounds through weekly Welcome Sessions. Jessica graduated with a B.A. in International Development Studies from McGill University in 2017. In her free time, Jessica enjoys traveling, writing, doing yoga, and drinking too much coffee.
